Delete Your LevelUp Account
You can request deletion of your LevelUp account and associated personal data from inside the app or by emailing support.
Delete inside the app
- Open LevelUp on your device.
- Go to Profile or Settings.
- Open Delete Account.
- Read the deletion warning.
- Confirm as instructed (e.g., type DELETE if required).
- Submit the deletion request.
After a successful request, the app signs you out.
Request deletion by email
Email support@levelupself.app from the address associated with your LevelUp account when possible.

Deletion may include, where applicable:
- Account and profile information
- Daily plans, tasks, blocks, and completion history
- Workout and training logs
- Focus sessions and related records
- AI Judge history and AI chat content
- Body and training metrics stored for your account
- Uploaded workout, progress, or profile photos
- App preferences tied to your account
The exact scope depends on your account data and how deletion is processed on our backend. Contact support if you have questions before deleting.
What data may be retained
- Backups until they expire or are overwritten
- Security, fraud-prevention, and abuse-prevention logs
- Legal, tax, or compliance records
- Payment or subscription records handled by app stores, RevenueCat, or similar providers
- Deletion request records for audit and support processing
Processing time
We aim to complete account deletion requests within 30 days. Some steps (backups, provider-side records) may take longer where required by law or third-party retention rules.
