By downloading, accessing, or using LevelUp, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction and be able to form a binding contract. You must not use LevelUp where prohibited by law.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account. Provide accurate information where required. Do not access another person’s account without permission.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid features, if offered, may be billed through the Apple App Store and Google Play (in-app purchases) and RevenueCat (subscription management), where enabled. Prices, renewal, trials, taxes, refunds, and cancellation are governed by the applicable store and your purchase flow.
AI-generated guidance disclaimer
LevelUp may provide AI-generated feedback, plans, summaries, chat responses, workout suggestions, and accountability messages. AI output may be wrong, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. We do not guarantee any specific result, score, transformation, or behavior change.
Do not rely on AI output for emergency or high-risk decisions.
Fitness and training disclaimer
Training, workout, strength, recovery, and body-metric features are informational and self-development tools only. Physical activity involves risk of injury. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unsafe symptoms. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing training if you have medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.
No medical advice
LevelUp does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or mental health care. Content in the app is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.
No emergency use
LevelUp is not an emergency service. If you are in danger or need immediate help, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline in your region. Do not use AI chat for emergencies.
No financial, legal, medical, or professional advice
LevelUp does not replace a doctor, therapist, mental health professional, certified coach, dietitian, financial advisor, lawyer, or other qualified advisor. AI and app content are general self-development tools, not personalized professional advice.
User content
You are responsible for content you submit, including plans, reflections, chat messages, workout logs, metrics, and photos. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, and use that content to operate LevelUp as described in the Privacy Policy.
Prohibited use
You must not:
- Use LevelUp illegally or to harm others
- Upload content you lack rights to share
- Submit abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive content
- Bypass security, rate limits, or payment controls
- Overload, scrape, or disrupt the service except where permitted by law
- Use LevelUp to generate or distribute harmful instructions
App availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may affect availability.
Beta and early-stage features
Some features may be labeled beta, experimental, or early-stage. They may change, break, or be removed without notice. Use them at your own discretion.
Termination
You may stop using LevelUp at any time and may request account deletion per our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, or misuse. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business needs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LevelUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the app or AI output. Liability limits may vary by jurisdiction; seek local advice if unsure how this applies to you.
Disclaimer of warranties
LevelUp is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance. Material changes may require additional notice where required.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
